Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Technician or Master Craftsman to lead the maintenance team within a rapidly growing pharmaceutical and chemical company specializing in PET diagnostics precursors. The Team Leader will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all maintenance processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, plant systems, and building infrastructure. Key daily tasks include leading and developing the maintenance team, planning and executing diagnostics, repairs, and inspections, and managing technical and commercial building operations. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in maintenance and facility management, preferably within a GMP/ISO environment, coupled with proven leadership skills and strong organizational abilities.
