Job Summary

Lead the Technical Production Support (TPS) group, a critical function providing maintenance and power supply support to internal manufacturing clients (Fab). Your primary mission is to ensure stable, predictable, and continuously improving performance of essential infrastructures and equipment, strictly adhering to constraints regarding time, resources, and cost. This is a dynamic managerial role where you will oversee a team of technicians operating in a 5x8 shift pattern, focusing heavily on developing team competencies and enhancing overall savoir-faire. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, standards, and supplier information. The role requires proven industrial experience, strong technical acumen to provide complex support, and mastery of quality tools such as 5S, 8D, and FMEA. Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
