Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional, either starting their career or bringing existing experience, to join an innovative IT system house. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive project planning and implementation of IT systems for business clients across various sectors. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, analyzing and resolving IT disturbances, and managing networks, servers, and clients. A key component is handling Second Level support tickets, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration, excellent knowledge of current Microsoft IT systems, Microsoft 365 Cloud solutions, and virtualized environments, coupled with strong teamwork and customer interaction skills.
