This crucial role requires a dedicated Facility Specialist to manage and maintain all technical building systems at the Germering site near Munich. Daily responsibilities include overseeing systems such as heating, cooling, compressed air, sanitary installations, fire alarms, and ventilation. You will be responsible for determining maintenance and inspection needs based on technical and legal requirements, organizing and controlling necessary maintenance work, and managing external contractors. A key component of the job is the independent execution of minor repairs and assembly work, alongside monitoring maintenance measures and data entry into internal IT systems. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed technical education in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Operations or Mechatronics), combined with several years of professional experience in building services. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electrical Operations, HVAC, or Mechatronics). Required training for designation as VEFK (Responsible Electrical Specialist) or willingness to participate in training.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in building services/facility technology
- Proficient handling of MS-Office tools (Teams, Excel, etc.), AutoCAD, and Building Control Systems
- Fundamental knowledge of facility technology (Heating, Climate, Ventilation, Sanitary, Electrical)

- Willingness to perform on-call duties for internal security, facility, and fire alarm systems, including outside operating hours. Driver's License Class B (desirable).
