Job Summary

This role involves providing essential administrative and advisory support within the area of skilled worker immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing case files (eAkte), performing security checks, handling data maintenance, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. A key part of the job is serving as the initial point of contact for employers, providing consultation and advice regarding the accelerated skilled worker procedure via phone and email. This position requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently and meticulously. Ideal candidates will possess a background in public administration or commercial office management, ensuring a smooth and efficient immigration process for skilled professionals. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability and flexible working hours in Nuremberg.

Required Skills

Education

Civil Service Qualification for the 2nd Qualification Level (Administration and Finance), Completed training as an Administrative Specialist, Completed Employee Course I (BL I), or Comparable completed commercial office training

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or commercial office roles (if possessing a comparable commercial training)
  • Experience with digital file management systems (eAkte) is beneficial
