This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of facility management and building services for the Marketing and Development Company Bensheim mbH (MEGB), a subsidiary of the City of Bensheim. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset and operational data, planning and coordinating maintenance, selecting and supervising service providers, and ensuring compliance with all technical standards.
