Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive facility management for large commercial properties, specifically shopping centers. The Facility Manager will be responsible for the daily operation, control, and maintenance of technical systems and installations within the building. Key day-to-day tasks include performing minor repairs and general manual activities, coordinating and supervising external service providers and subcontractors, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, fire protection, and organizational regulations. The manager also acts as the primary on-site contact for tenants, users, and center management, and assists with event setups and special promotions. This position requires a professional with completed vocational training in a technical field (such as plant mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics) and proven experience managing large commercial real estate. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a responsible, independent work ethic, with a willingness to work on Saturdays.
