Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Technician within Facility Management, focusing on maintaining and ensuring the functionality of complex building technical systems across various client properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing minor electrical installations, such as relocating motion detectors, installing sockets and light switches, and replacing ballasts. A crucial part of the role is conducting functional tests, taking precise measurements, and executing thorough troubleshooting and fault analysis to resolve issues efficiently. You will also perform regular inspection rounds and support colleagues with general maintenance tasks on technical building equipment. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical vocational qualification and initial professional experience, particularly within facility management procedures in client properties. This position requires a Class B driving license and the willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
