Job Summary

The Data Migration Manager will be a key member of the IT & Data team, responsible for the end-to-end management of database migrations into the target CRM system. Day-to-day tasks include planning, executing, and documenting migration processes, ensuring data quality and consistency through precise data matching, and developing complex SQL scripts for data transformation and cleansing. This role involves setting up and maintaining test and migration environments, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating closely with business departments and system engineers to ensure smooth transitions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or training in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with several years of practical experience in data migration and management. Success requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in complex SQL, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape the future of a leading German insurance brokerage group, working in a hybrid model (three days on-site, two days home office) within a small, dedicated team.
