The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, including the installation, maintenance, and configuration of both hardware and software. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving disruptions within the IT landscape, providing expert technical consultation, and delivering 2nd-Level support, particularly in production-adjacent environments. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Specialist or IT Specialist for System Integration) and detailed knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise, system protocol analysis, and IP networking.
