Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site field service, supporting an established IT system house partner in the greater Penzberg, Wolfratshausen, and Murnau region. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support directly to end-users, participating actively in hardware and software rollout and migration projects, and performing crucial IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). You will also be responsible for setting up, installing, and dismantling video conferencing systems, and executing hardware services for a wide range of products including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and printers. The ideal candidate possesses completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of current hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and standard Office applications. A Class B driver’s license is mandatory for travel within the service area.
