Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical assistance as part of a comprehensive IT services team in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria. The Onsite Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for technical issues, handling support via phone, email, and in-person. Key responsibilities include independently planning and executing software rollouts and updates, assisting customers with adapting existing installations, and providing technical help with end-user devices, video conferencing systems, and O365 environments.
