Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician responsible for managing the hardware and software systems of an industrial company located in Offenbach am Main. Key daily activities include receiving, processing, and documenting IT disturbances and requests using a ticketing system, providing direct support for Windows end devices in the office environment, and performing on-site analysis and resolution of IT faults. The technician will also be responsible for setting up, personalizing, dismantling, relocating, and reinstalling IT workstations, which involves manual software installation, and instructing end-users on how to utilize new software and hardware effectively. The ideal candidate must possess experience in onsite support, detailed knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365, and proficiency in adhering to SLAs within ticketing system operations.
