Job Summary

This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting the infrastructure within Berlin schools. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions, and providing comprehensive IT support to both teachers and students. You will act as the primary point of contact for all technical IT inquiries, bringing order to systems when PCs or printers experience issues.
