Job Summary

This role as an Onsite IT Service Technician in Berlin involves providing crucial local support for a market-leading IT solutions company specializing in infrastructure management and outsourcing. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for notebooks, desktops, and various mobile devices. You will be responsible for installing new IT workstations, configuring components for rollout, and meticulously documenting all technical procedures within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows Client operating systems and practical experience using IT support and ticketing systems. Good proficiency in both German and English is required.
