Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Rollout Specialist for Desktop Services to join an IT services and engineering solutions company in Braunschweig. The primary responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of end-user hardware, including the setup, configuration, expansion, and decommissioning of desktop computers and peripheral devices like printers. A core duty is provisioning systems according to client specifications, installing and commissioning both hardware and software, and ensuring operational readiness through comprehensive function tests. The specialist will also be responsible for analyzing error messages and accurately classifying them for the support team, alongside maintaining crucial IT documentation. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or equivalent solid experience, coupled with good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem. Fluency in German and a Class B driver's license are mandatory prerequisites.
