Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Bioanalytical Scientist focused on the planning, development, and rigorous validation of bioanalytical methods, including complex ligand binding and cell-based assays. The core mission involves accurately determining drug concentrations by analyzing preclinical and clinical samples, followed by meticulous evaluation and interpretation of the results. A significant part of the job includes optimizing and automating analytical processes, leveraging tools like Tecan or Hamilton, while strictly adhering to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards. Candidates must possess a degree in natural sciences (such as Biochemistry or Biotechnology) and substantial practical experience in establishing methods like ELISA and ECL. Furthermore, familiarity with IT systems such as LIMS and ELN is essential.
