Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Engineer, including entry-level candidates, to specialize in 3D sensor technology and metrology within automation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve integrating 3D sensors into automation platforms from leading PLC manufacturers via various fieldbuses. You will serve as a key technical contact, supporting national and international customers with communication between their systems and the sensors, and building upon existing control and integration solutions. A crucial part of the role is providing comprehensive, practical training on the 3D sensors and solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or training, possesses a strong technical understanding, and has knowledge of control programming (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff). This position offers a long-term perspective in an environment characterized by flat hierarchies and open communication, requiring strong German and English skills for collaboration in an international setting.
