Job Summary
This full-time position as a Facility and MCR Technician at Gemini PharmChem Mannheim GmbH involves the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and optimization of the site's critical technical infrastructure. The core responsibilities focus on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) systems, automation systems (specifically Siemens S7 and TIA Portal), and general electrical installations. Day-to-day tasks include performing electrical installations, coordinating maintenance for technical building equipment (such as HVAC, water, and safety systems), and managing external contractors. The role requires ensuring strict adherence to all legal, internal safety, and energy standards, as well as assisting with documentation and technical projects. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education in electrical engineering or automation, proven practical experience with PLC/MCR systems, and strong knowledge of relevant technical regulations. Excellent German and good English skills are required for effective communication within this highly regulated chemical-pharmaceutical environment.
