Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support based in Augsburg, focusing on resolving IT issues for a leading Managed Services company. The successful candidate will handle a variety of support tickets including Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and Break & Fix tasks. Day-to-day activities involve performing device repairs under warranty (desktops, notebooks, tablets), providing remote and onsite software/OS installations, and supporting customer locations via remote access. Key requirements include proven technical experience in onsite service and 2nd Level Support, strong knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (especially Windows 10/11), and experience managing client peripherals and mobile devices. This position offers a long-term perspective, a diverse range of tasks in an international environment, and the opportunity for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
