Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Onsite Technician looking to take on increased responsibility in managing IT processes for a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing software and operating system installations, configuring and repairing various hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. A crucial part of the role involves providing 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and onsite, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and coordinating operational processes with specialist departments. Furthermore, the technician will manage entrusted IT processes according to ITIL standards, plan resources, and implement process changes within IT operations. This position offers diverse tasks in an international environment with predictable working hours and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
