Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new systems into existing networks, providing 1st Level IT support, managing and prioritizing 2nd Level support inquiries, and meticulously documenting all service activities within the helpdesk system. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical vocational qualification in IT or electrical engineering, coupled with practical experience in networking (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP), data backup strategies, and strong proficiency with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Microsoft SQL Server. Required Skills

Education

Experience
