Technical Internal Sales and Project Specialist | Technischer Innendienst Projekte (m/w)

Job Summary

This exciting and varied role, based near Winterthur within a leading machinery industry firm, requires a skilled individual to manage technical projects and internal sales support from end-to-end. You will serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for national and international clients, handling the complete order processing cycle, including generating quotes, invoicing, and coordinating deliveries. A key part of the job involves actively participating in customer projects and contributing to the improvement of customer service processes internally. Success requires a strong technical background, preferably starting with a trade qualification like Poly-mechanics, supplemented by commercial training (e.g., Technical Sales Specialist or HF Technician). Crucially, candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken German and English, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience with ERP systems like SAP or Navision.
