Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of production and filling systems in Essen, focusing heavily on electrical and automation technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of plant maintenance, including executing preventative maintenance schedules, rapidly analyzing and resolving complex faults, and actively participating in the continuous improvement and optimization of the machinery park. You will also support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Key requirements include a completed qualification as a Mechatronics Technician or Industrial Electrician with strong mechanical skills, coupled with proven professional experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a food production environment. Expertise in electrical systems, pneumatics, drive technology, and PLC systems is essential.
