Job Summary
This role is crucial for maintaining a modern, digital workplace for over 2,200 colleagues across the Hypoport group. Based in Berlin, the IT Support Specialist acts as the primary local contact for all IT-related topics, providing hands-on support at the IT Service Desk and remote assistance. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts in Entra ID and Active Directory, maintaining hardware and software assets, administering meeting room technology, and facilitating user onboarding sessions. The specialist will also support the IT hotline 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training and several years of IT support experience, coupled with deep knowledge of macOS, Windows 11, and M365 tools like MS Teams.
