Job Summary
This full-time position, based in Altenstadt (Bavaria), involves taking technical responsibility for the integration and functionality of complex energy systems within the aerospace, security, and defense industries. The successful candidate will act as the crucial interface between customer requirements, internal teams, and external development partners. Day-to-day tasks include structuring and deriving customer requirements (Requirements Engineering, specification creation), defining system architecture and interfaces, and technically managing external suppliers. A key component of the role is planning and coordinating verification activities through simulations and system testing. This role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or System Engineering, coupled with professional experience in system integration and requirements management. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, offering a challenging role with high levels of autonomy and flexible working conditions.
