Job Summary

This specialized role seeks a Development Engineer in Electronics and Sensor Technology to technically lead a team of developers while driving innovation from concept to market. The core responsibilities include designing and implementing complex, time-critical algorithms and corresponding hardware solutions, optimizing existing circuit designs, and ensuring close collaboration within interdisciplinary project teams from the concept phase through market launch. The role also involves setting and developing technical standards for the department. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical degree, such as Electrical Engineering, and brings at least five years of professional experience in electronic circuit design, particularly focusing on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Expertise in microcontrollers, sensor electronics, and real-time protocols (like EtherCAT) is highly valued.
