Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT infrastructure support for a successful retail chain across the Straubing region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site service, installation, and maintenance of various IT systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, client desktops, mobile devices, and server hardware. Daily tasks include configuring PCs and mobile devices, administering active network components, setting up printer systems, and coordinating technical preparations for new store openings. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or network technology, at least two years of experience with POS, client, and server systems, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional weekend work. This position offers an intensive onboarding process, development opportunities, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
