Job Summary

This Senior Onsite Support Technician role, based in Munich, involves serving as a key member of the Second Level Support team, focusing on the IT infrastructure of large industrial companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis and resolution of complex hardware and software problems, conducting system diagnostics, and monitoring performance.
