Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional eager to start a career in direct customer IT support. As a Junior IT Service Technician, you will be deployed onsite at client locations in Donauwörth, focusing on rapidly resolving IT issues across various domains. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and maintaining Windows client systems, printers, multifunction devices, and telecommunication systems. You will handle incident management via ticketing systems, performing tasks based on B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware/Equipment) protocols, ensuring thorough documentation of all solutions and processes. Key qualifications include initial experience in IT support or strong technical interest, excellent comprehension of Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with core IT hardware like PCs and IP telephony. This position offers a competitive salary up to €33,000 p.a., 30 days of vacation, flexible hours, and an initial temporary contract with a strong option for permanent takeover.
