Job Summary

This role requires a motivated IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive onsite support in Stade, Germany, for a leading European IT solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, independently analyzing and resolving IT landscape malfunctions, and providing 2nd-level support, particularly in production-related environments. The technician will manage incidents and answer technical support inquiries. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT System Electronics Specialist or System Integration Specialist), deep knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise versions, and experience with log analysis, BIOS upgrades, and IP networking.
