This role is for an Onsite IT Support Technician based in Donauwörth, joining a market leader in Managed Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of IT support requests, including Break/Fix (B/F), Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC), and Hardware and Equipment (H+E) tickets. Day-to-day tasks involve providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer site, implementing individual project orders, and deploying solutions for Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Key qualifications include practical experience with standard Office applications and Adobe, extensive knowledge of current operating systems, especially Windows, and comprehensive hardware expertise covering PCs, notebooks, and IP telephony. A structured, meticulous approach to ticket processing and strong customer orientation are essential.
