The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring high service quality by optimizing workflows, coordinating internal assignments, and managing the team's deployment schedules and service times. A critical component of the job is maintaining excellent customer relations, which includes participating in regular client meetings and handling escalation management. Candidates must possess experience in team leadership, routine interaction with Key Users, and end-user support. Technical competency is essential, specifically good knowledge of Windows operating systems and familiarity with Google Suite and Office 365.
