Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production facilities in Suhl. Key daily duties involve executing comprehensive repairs, preventative maintenance, and necessary upkeep on industrial equipment. The technician will also be tasked with implementing modifications and upgrades to optimize plant performance, managing material ordering (spare parts and tools), and accurately reading utility meters (electricity, gas, water). Furthermore, the role requires participation in on-call duty and clear communication during shift handovers with preceding and subsequent shift leaders. The ideal candidate must possess completed vocational training as a Fitter, Mechanic, or Electrician, demonstrate an independent and responsible work ethic, and be fluent in German.
