Job Summary
This Field Service Engineer role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of Baxter's broad portfolio of medical devices, including smart clinical beds, monitoring technologies, and tablet sorting machines, across Southern Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing cost- and time-optimized customer service orders, such as maintenance, repairs, recalls, and detailed on-site fault analysis and resolution. The engineer will also advise customers on operational issues, provide technical support to sales teams, manage spare parts logistics, and ensure thorough documentation and adherence to internal and external quality processes. Successful candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with practical experience in the commissioning and maintenance of complex machinery, preferably within the medical technology sector. Required Skills

Completed technical training (e.g., in Electrical, Electronics, Measurement Technology, or Mechatronics) or an equivalent technical qualification
Experience
