Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned, global technology leader specializing in complex plant construction, located in Eastern Zurich. As an HR Coordinator focusing heavily on Global Mobility, you will be a vital part of a five-person HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR. Your primary responsibilities will center on managing international assignments, including coordinating secondments, drafting delegation contracts, handling VISA applications, and managing relevant forms like A1/CoC. You will also administer time tracking for projects and assignments using SAP and work closely with external mobility providers and internal finance/payroll teams to optimize international HR processes. The role requires proven experience in HR administration, coupled with strong knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law. This position is ideal for a proactive, flexible professional seeking to contribute to process optimization and strategic HR projects within a dynamic, international setting.

Required Skills

Education

Relevant HR continuing education or a degree in Business Administration (e.g., specialization in Human Capital Management - HCM)

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in comparable HR functions (HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, Sr. HR Assistant)
  • Demonstrated experience handling Global Mobility topics
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage diverse administrative tasks
