Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Process Manager to drive efficiency and manage projects centered around the proALPHA ERP system, with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles. The core responsibilities include conducting detailed requirements analysis, optimizing existing processes (especially in order processing and materials management), and executing projects involving technical interfaces to the ERP system. The manager will also be responsible for creating technical specifications in collaboration with service providers, performing rigorous acceptance tests, and providing comprehensive documentation and training to end-users. Candidates must possess a completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications, coupled with fundamental experience utilizing proALPHA in a professional setting. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, high IT affinity, and excellent communication abilities.
