Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated System Developer to manage the full lifecycle development of Head-up Display (HUD) systems, focusing heavily on optical components and concepts from initial design through to series production. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and developing optical components, managing prototype design, and supporting the evaluation of technical solutions proposed by external system suppliers. A key function of this role is the continuous development of optics simulation tools and acting as the primary technical representative for the HUD component when liaising with interface partners. Candidates must possess a degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Optics, coupled with specialized knowledge in automotive technology and optical measurement techniques. Proficiency in both German and English is required, along with strong documentation and presentation skills, making this an excellent opportunity to shape the future of automotive display technology.
