Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role in Erlangen seeks an Electrical Engineering Instructor to manage and deliver comprehensive vocational training in industrial electrical engineering, focusing particularly on energy technology. The instructor will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering both in-person and online learning content, monitoring trainee progress, and providing specialized technical and personal mentorship. A core focus includes conveying high-level practical skills, soft skills, and deep knowledge of DIN-VDE standards. The role also involves designing, implementing, and evaluating interdisciplinary projects and learning modules, alongside the general organization and administration of training processes. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in a relevant field, coupled with several years of professional experience. Essential technical expertise includes power electronics, PLC programming, digital technology, and familiarity with frequency converters, transformers, and electric motors. Fluency in written and spoken German is mandatory.
