This Senior Data Consultant role at INFOMOTION, the Data Performance Company, involves leading high-impact, AI and data-driven transformation projects for clients across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting middle and top management on Data Strategy, developing comprehensive Data Transformation plans, and implementing scalable Data Governance structures, Operating Models, and agile methodologies (like Analytics Squads). You will leverage your expertise in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to ensure successful implementation and adoption across organizational levels. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in data-driven transformation, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex strategies confidently at the C-Level in both German and English.
