Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Measurement Technician focused on maintaining high quality standards within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include conducting precise measurements of initial sample parts and series components according to technical drawings, documenting results, and informing relevant staff. The technician will be instrumental in developing comprehensive measurement strategies, creating necessary measurement programs, and performing machine and process capability studies (MSA). Candidates must possess a strong background in technical vocational training, practical experience in quality assurance, and proficiency with coordinate measuring technology. Specific knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, and PPF, along with experience utilizing ZEISS and Calypso software, is highly desirable for success in this challenging and responsible position.
