Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician in Stuttgart, Germany, working with an IT service provider that supports client companies in their digital transformation. The primary responsibilities include handling 1st and 2nd level support tickets via phone, email, or portal, documenting issues in a ticketing system, and providing remote support. The technician will also perform on-site hardware and software repairs and installations, conduct data migration, and analyze and resolve technical faults. Collaboration with other departments and adherence to ITIL standards for ITSM process documentation are key. Ideal candidates will have practical experience with Windows client and server operating systems, IT support experience, and knowledge of networking and telecommunications systems.
