Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant to actively shape and modernize the Human Resources IT landscape at a global mobility solutions provider. The consultant will primarily focus on advising the HR team and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Key daily activities involve capturing HR requirements, designing and implementing solutions within modules like Employee Central (including ESS/MSS), and ensuring seamless system integration between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and external platforms. A major strategic component involves developing the roadmap for introducing further modules such as Learning, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate brings extensive professional experience in SAP HR processes, initial project leadership skills using agile or classic methods, and strong communication skills in both German and English, along with a valid EU work permit. Degree or vocational training in Computer Science or comparable IT qualification

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in SAP Success Factors and HCM processes

  • Initial leadership experience in leading project and specialist teams using agile and classic methods
