This role seeks an accomplished Head of EMC Laboratory to lead, optimize, and advance the testing facility for Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR), a specialist in automotive rearview systems within the global Motherson Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational management of the EMC lab, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of all tests to ensure strict adherence to national and international standards (e.g., CISPR, ISO, IEC) and specific automotive OEM requirements. Key responsibilities include budget planning, investment management for new measurement technology, and fostering the professional development of the team. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or Physics, coupled with extensive professional experience in EMC testing and certification, along with a minimum of three years in a leadership capacity.
