Job Summary

This opportunity, offered through Franz & Wach for Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, seeks a dedicated Production Associate to work in the Batch Laboratory. The core responsibilities revolve around the precise manufacturing of reagent batches, requiring strict adherence to regulatory frameworks including IVDD, QS-Reg, and GxP guidelines, alongside stringent adherence to occupational safety and environmental protection laws. Daily tasks include accurately weighing and booking input materials using SAP (which involves lifting loads up to 20 kg multiple times a day), preparing reagent preparations, documenting the entire manufacturing process meticulously, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment, work surfaces, and production systems. Candidates must possess a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Pharmacy Technician or Chemical Laboratory Assistant) and demonstrable professional experience in a similar production environment. Good written and spoken German skills are essential, along with proficiency in standard PC applications. This fixed-term role offers excellent pay and a clear focus on the possibility of eventual direct takeover by Roche.
