Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced and communicative Security Systems Service Technician based in Hilden. The core responsibilities involve the independent installation, setup, and programming of high-quality security systems, including intrusion protection, fire alarm technology, video surveillance, and access control. Day-to-day tasks also include comprehensive customer instruction upon system handover, performing routine maintenance, and efficiently diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and working directly with systems from leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Daitem, and Esser. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an Information or Systems Electronics Technician, a Class B driver's license, and demonstrate high self-initiative and a strong customer-focused, solution-oriented approach. This is a full-time, permanent position.
