Job Summary

This role as a Lab Business Support Specialist offers the opportunity to shape the future of research and innovation within an innovative pharmaceutical company in Biberach-Riss. The successful candidate will provide crucial cross-departmental support, focusing heavily on the administration and maintenance of complex laboratory computer systems, such as Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software). Daily tasks include managing user accounts and roles, performing master data and sample changes, and supporting the creation of critical GMP documentation and work instructions. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in fields like Bioinformatics, IT, or Biotechnology, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience and strong knowledge of GMP regulations (FDA, ISO). This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office, ensuring smooth operational support for the lab environment. The role is initially temporary for 18 months with a strong option for extension.
