Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves supporting a major regional grid operator in implementing legal requirements derived from the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG), focusing on the commissioning of renewable energy systems up to 30 kW, such as photovoltaic and CHP plants. The coordinator will be responsible for the system-supported processing and documentation of commissioning requests, including rigorous verification and plausibility checks of application documents (e.g., grid connection paperwork and technical data). Key daily tasks include managing the internal process chain, coordinating external service providers for meter installation, and maintaining clear communication (both written and telephonic) with customers, partners, and internal departments. Candidates must possess a completed electro-technical qualification, strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and an affinity for structured technical documentation. This position offers long-term involvement in socially relevant energy transition and digitalization projects, structured onboarding, and flexible working hours in Kulmbach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed electro-technical training (e.g., Electrician, Electrical Installer, Electrical Master, or Electrical Engineering Technician). Additional qualifications in Electrical/Energy Engineering (Master, Technician, or Bachelor) are desirable.

Experience
