The IT Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for doctor's offices, handling all IT inquiries related to hardware, software, networking, and the Telematics Infrastructure (TI) via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing problems, implementing pragmatic solutions, installing and configuring workstation systems and specialized medical IT equipment, and meticulous documentation of all requests. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, structured and analytical thinking, and initial experience in IT support, preferably within a medical context. Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and network technologies is mandatory.
