Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee electrical construction operations for a technical service provider specializing in automation and construction. Day-to-day tasks involve the organization, coordination, and supervision of all electrical site processes, including the leadership and instruction of both internal personnel and external subcontractors. A critical component of the role is ensuring rigorous compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The manager is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules, monitoring strict deadlines, documenting construction progress, generating quantity surveys, and thoroughly reviewing execution plans and technical documentation. Candidates must hold a completed qualification in electrical engineering and possess several years of relevant professional experience in construction or project management within the electrical engineering field, alongside proficiency in MS Office and a structured, independent working style.
